Ceramic Coating Questions
What is a ceramic coating, and why do I need it?
Ceramic coatings create a strong, hydrophobic (water-repelling) barrier that protects your vehicle’s paint from UV rays, oxidation, chemical stains, bird droppings, road salt, and contaminants. It enhances gloss, reduces the need for waxing, and makes maintenance incredibly easy.

How long do ceramic coatings last?
We offer 3-year and 6-year ceramic coatings, depending on the package you choose. With proper maintenance, these coatings can last their full lifespan, keeping your vehicle looking showroom-fresh.

Does a ceramic coating prevent scratches?
While ceramic coatings provide a durable layer of protection, they do not prevent scratches. The coating helps reduce minor scratches and swirl marks, but it does not make your paint invincible. Proper washing techniques are essential to maintain a swirl-free finish.

How should I care for my ceramic-coated vehicle?
-
Hand wash only – Avoid automatic car washes
-
Use pH-neutral soap and a microfiber wash mitt
-
Dry with a plush microfiber towel (no air drying)
-
Use a ceramic booster every few months to maintain hydrophobic properties

Detailing & Paint Correction Questions
What is paint correction, and do I need it?
Paint correction is the process of removing swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and imperfections from your vehicle’s paint using professional polishing techniques. If your car has dull, hazy, or scratched paint, a paint correction service will restore depth, clarity, and gloss.

How often should I get my car detailed?
It depends on your driving habits and personal preferences. Here’s a general guideline:
-
Daily drivers: Every 2-3 months for maintenance detailing
-
Weekend cars: Every 4-6 months
-
Ceramic-coated vehicles: Regular hand washes & quarterly maintenance

What’s the difference between Level 1 and Level 2 interior detailing?
-
Level 1 Interior Refresh: A light cleaning for well-maintained vehicles. Includes vacuuming, surface wipe-down, and glass cleaning.
-
Level 2 Interior Reconditioning: A deep clean that includes steam cleaning, leather conditioning, and plastic protection for vehicles needing extra care.
